Initially, we focus on the client's needs. This helps them develop a positive impression of our professionalism. Then, we provide our expertise on the client's products for reference, assisting them in creating a perfect product. If the client requires design services, we also have designers available to offer advice.

I. We will produce samples based on the client's requirements. Some products require mold making, and we can share the mold-making fee with the client. (If the order quantity reaches a certain level, we can refund the corresponding mold fee.)

II. After both parties confirm the drawings, a contract will be signed and a deposit will be paid. Production time is calculated from the date all materials are provided.

III. The delivery time for existing products will not exceed 35 days. For newly developed products, the delivery time will be calculated based on the actual situation.
